BREAKFAST MUFFINS

My work/life balance has been WAY out of whack lately, so I’ve had to focus a lot on food prep on the weekends to make sure I’m making the best food choices I can, quickly, during the week!

I’m not normally one to promote packaged and processed foods, but I think Sarah Wilson’s I Quit Sugar range at Β Coles and Woolworths does a pretty good job of cutting out preservatives and additives and it’s a really good option if you’re on the run.Β  (more…)

MUGGING OUT

A quick, easy & healthy choc-coconut mug cake


INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup almond meal or oat flour
2 Tbsp desiccated coconut
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
1/2 tspn stevia
1/4 cup almond milk

Mix all ingredients in a mug together with a spoon and microwave for 1-2 minutes
Done!

I like to serve mine with a spoon of Jalna vanilla yoghurt
