A quick, easy & healthy choc-coconut mug cake


INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup almond meal or oat flour
2 Tbsp desiccated coconut
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
1/2 tspn stevia
1/4 cup almond milk

Mix all ingredients in a mug together with a spoon and microwave for 1-2 minutes
Done!

I like to serve mine with a spoon of Jalna vanilla yoghurt
