A yummy, easy and healthy version of a weekend breakfast in bed fave!

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond & coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Pinch of cinnamon to taste
2 slices organic sourdough (I have just found Bills brand bread & fruit loaf and I am in love! I am Gluten intolerant, but find I can tolerate this bread in small amounts)  

Blueberries, strawberries, Du-Chocolate powder & pure maple syrup or Queens sugar free syrup to taste

METHOD:
Literally SO.EASY!
– Whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl
– Soak bread in egg mix for 15 seconds on each side
– Cook in a frypan for 5 mins on each side or until desired cryspi-ness is reached

Serve on a plate topped with desired berries, drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle a teaspoon or 2 of Du-Chocolate sugar free powder over. I like to add a tablespoon of Jalna natural yoghurt as well for added pro-biotics 🙂
