My tummy is so happy now I have perfected my Chai Smoothie recipe!

Chai Mix:
5 tbsp gr cinnamon
5 tsp gr ginger
1/2 tsp gr cloves
1/2 tsp gr cardamom
1/2 tsp gr nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1 tbsp stevia or similar
(Will make a small container full of mix to keep in the cupboard)

Combine 1 tbsp of Chai mix with:
1 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1-2 tbsp Greek yoghurt (or make it a little sweeter and use Jalna vanilla yoghurt)
1 tbsp date paste (dates blitzed with a little hot water to make a paste)
All together in the blender or Magic Bullet and voila!
