CHOC SMOOTHIE BOWL 

Squash your chocolate cravings with a yummy, protein filled, adaptogenic and fat burning smoothie bowl!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp Mayvers almond-cacao spread
  • 2 tbsp organic cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp Macca powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup gluten free organic oats
  • 2 tsp Du Chocolate powder
  • 1 scoop Muscle Sport choc protein powder

METHOD:

  • Put all ingredients into your blender (I use a thermomix) and blend until smooth and creamy. The frozen bananas give it a creamy consistency. If you want it thicker you can leave out the coconut water (I had finished a HUGE gym session so needed the electrolytes)
  • Pour into a bowl and top with whatever you like! I used Brookfarm gluten free macadamia muesli, coconut, chia seeds and nuts
