Ready for a new booty workout?!
I’ve been trying to incorporate a new range of workouts and exercises to shake up my workout routines. I generally rotate between a mix of Yoga and Boxing as my faves and throw in some BBG from Kayla Itsines and Booty Challenge by Ashy Bines. 
My major workout girl crushes at the moment are Kayla, Ashy and Tammy Hembrow. Tammy and Ashy have awesome YouTube channels and I got this booty workout from Tammy’s channel:
Hip thrusts (glute bridges) with weighted bar – 12 reps x 4
Pulse squats at squat rack – 12 reps x 4
1 leg step ups on workout bench – 12 reps (each leg) x 3
Glute pull throughs at cable machine (I sub with leg press if my back isn’t feeling great that day) – 12 reps x 3
Leg curls – 12 reps x 3
Back extention – 12 reps x 3
Kick backs on cable machine (or weighted donkey kicks) – 12 reps x 3
HIIT on treadmill for 10 minutes
