Omg you guys this is actually amazing!! I’m getting a little bit sick of chocolate protein as I’ve had a bit of an overload the past few months, so this is a refreshing change away from the standard ‘berries, spinach and chocolate’ smoothies.
A delicious, protein and healthy fat packed smoothie perfect for breakfast or a snack!
4 tablespoons of dessicated coconut
Half a banana
1 cup frozen pineapple pieces (mine are from Coles)
1 scoop white wolf nutrition vegan protein
1 cup almond or coconut milk
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until it’s a smooth consistency
Notes –
I topped mine with chia seeds for a little extra protein and shredded coconut to look pretty (because how much more fun is food when it looks pretty!?)
You don’t have to use vegan protein powder, I just don’t tolerate whey proteins…I get very bloated and my eczema flares up!
